How to Get the Fastest Reply
We are a small, independent team, so a clear first message helps us solve your issue in a single reply. When you write to us, please include:
- The tool or mode you used — for example Preserve Paragraphs, Smart PDF, Remove All Line Breaks, or Batch mode.
- Your browser and device — such as Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone, or Firefox on Linux.
- A short text sample that reproduces the problem, plus the output you expected to see.
- Where the text came from — a PDF, Word document, email, spreadsheet, or AI chat — because each source formats line breaks differently.

If you send us a sample by email, please remove any personal, confidential, or sensitive information first. We only use what you send to answer your message, and we never share it.
